Terms of Trading
Prices: Subject to alterations without prior notice.
Title of Goods: Goods will remain the property of the seller until payment is made. Goods will not be sold sale or return.
Minimum order: One case of 12 units (may be mixed) of any Planetary Design product in any colour.
Payments: All payments are payment in advance for first orders, then strictly one month from date of invoice, subject to satisfactory credit references. No further orders will be accepted if payment is not received within one month of invoice date. The Really Sensible Trading Co Ltd reserves the right to charge statutory interest on late payments. This is currently 8% above the Bank of England base rate, know for these purposes as the reference rate.
Claims: Damaged goods or shortages must be notified to The Really Sensible Trading Company at the time of delivery or within three days.
Carriage: Orders of up to £250 will be charged £12.00 plus VAT for next day delivery. Orders above £250 are carriage free. Orders to non-mainland UK will incur an extra 25% carriage cost.
