Once upon a time two Really Sensible ladies ventured across the Atlantic to the U.S. of A, looking for that elusive product to bring back to you folks at home and well, this is what they found: A hot new range of stainless-steel and brightly enameled French press cafetières and drinkware from Planetary Design!
This story began when the original designer dropped and shattered his traditional glass cafetière. There and then he vowed to invent the most indestructible, functional cafetière on the planet!
Having brilliantly coupled simplicity of design with ease of use,the Planetary Design range was born. These were the humble beginnings of what is today's Planetary Design, an innovative company dedicated to bringing you a fabulous range of cafetières and drinkware.
Meanwhile, back at the Expo East trade show in Washington DC, these two ladies were stunned and delighted to discover the stunning range of vibrant colours and designs on display.
So amazed that they at once threw away all of their clothes and shoes (as if!) and stuffed their suitcases full of coffee pots to the brim, and struggled back home to the UK with them!
